VOLUNTEER FORMS & VOLUNTEER FEE REIMBURSEMENT
We encourage every North Snohomish Little League family to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours during the season to earn their $50.00 refundable volunteer fee. Each family is responsible for tracking their own volunteer hours and documenting them on the NSLL Volunteer Tracking Form.
Your form must be filled out and signed by an authorized NSLL representative during your volunteering; work days, concessions, auction planning, family fun day, mowing, etc. If you are mowing, please have your form signed within 72 hours of mowing so your hours count. Managers are authorized to sign for parents mowing the fields; so please have your manager sign off at the practice following your mowing.
Volunteer Tracking Forms will be available at the concessions stand and on the forms page of the website soon. Once forms are completed, please turn them into our volunteer coordinator; Lynh Dicken, at the concessions stand so they can be turned in and processed for refund. It is recommended to make a copy of your completed form for your records in case their is a question regarding your form.
