VOLUNTEER FORMS & VOLUNTEER FEE REIMBURSEMENT

We encourage every North Snohomish Little League family to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours during the season to earn their $50.00 refundable volunteer fee.  Each family is responsible for tracking their own volunteer hours and documenting them on the NSLL Volunteer Tracking Form.

Your form must be filled out and signed by an authorized NSLL representative during your volunteering; work days, concessions, auction planning, family fun day, mowing, etc.  If you are mowing, please have your form signed within 72 hours of mowing so your hours count.  Managers are authorized to sign for parents mowing the fields; so please have your manager sign off at the practice following your mowing. 

Volunteer Tracking Forms will be available at the concessions stand and on the forms page of the website soon. Once forms are completed, please turn them into our volunteer coordinator; Lynh Dicken, at the concessions stand so they can be turned in and processed for refund.  It is recommended to make a copy of your completed form for your records in case their is a question regarding your form.

Thank you for interest in becoming a North Snohomish Little League volunteer!  Your commitment to our league is why we continue to provide excellence in our baseball and softball programs for the children of Snohomish.  Please go to the "Forms" tab on our website; download the volunteer form, fill it out completely (SSN is required), submit to nsllboard@hotmail.com with a copy of your drivers license.    If you prefer to hand these forms over in person; please contact our safety officer leightyfamily@comcast.net to arrange drop off. 

~ NSLL Child Protection Program ~

North Snohomish Little League is in its second year of our newly adopted "Child Protection Program".  We are proud to be participants in this program to ensure the safety and well being of the children in our league.  Any and all volunteers must complete a volunteer application to be cleared to work with the NSLL players and coaches.  Once cleared to be a volunteer; an NSLL Safety Badge will be issued to you.  ALL VOLUNTEERS ON THE FIELD OR IN THE DUG OUT MUST WEAR THEIR BADGES TO ENSURE THEY HAVE BEEN CLEARED IN OUR CHILD PROTECTION PROGRAM.  NOONE will be allowed on the fields in any capacity without their badge on.  If you see a parent or volunteer on any field without proper badge identification please report to a board member.  This program ensures your children are kept safe!
